Phil Goyette is a Chicago personal injury and workers’ compensation attorney with Argionis & Associates. Mr. Goyette handles all types of personal injury cases, including automobile collisions, workers’ compensation claims, medical malpractice, construction negligence, and premises liability actions. Mr. Goyette began working for Argionis & Associates as a law clerk while attending Loyola University School of Law – Chicago, and was hired as an associate attorney after his admission to the Illinois Bar in May of 2013
Mr. Goyette graduated from Loyola University School of Law - Chicago, cum laude, where he made the Dean’s List in multiple semesters. While at Loyola, Mr. Goyette was a student member of the Loyola University International Law Review. Mr. Goyette also holds a Master’s degree in Business Administration from the University of Phoenix. Mr. Goyette is a member of the Illinois Bar Association and Chicago Bar Association.
Mr. Goyette has a passion for trial advocacy, and he has successfully tried several workers’ compensation cases in front of the Illinois Workers’ Compensation Commission.
